Meet Luz Marina Davila Castaneda

Bilingual Healthcare Professional | VIP Patient Experience & Patient Relations

Where healthcare experience meets personalized attention and exceptional service.

I believe every patient deserves more than excellent service. They deserve to feel welcomed, understood, respected, and genuinely cared for.

My professional journey began in Colombia, where I earned my university nursing degree and gained approximately four years of urgent-care nursing experience, along with experience in triage settings. Working in demanding clinical environments taught me the importance of remaining calm under pressure, paying attention to individual needs, and communicating with compassion.

During my nursing career in Colombia, I cared for patients through challenging and sometimes emotional situations. Those experiences helped shape the professional I am today: attentive, patient-focused, dependable, and committed to treating people with dignity.

As a native Spanish speaker with conversational English, I understand how important it is for patients to communicate comfortably, ask questions, and feel heard—especially when making personal healthcare decisions.

Seven years in the United States and daily life with my English-speaking husband have helped strengthen my everyday English. I continue learning through continuing education and live English classes.

My Passion for VIP Patient Experience

I am particularly interested in cosmetic surgery, aesthetic medicine, and distinguished healthcare practices where exceptional patient relationships are central to the experience.

I appreciate the importance of privacy, personal attention, and helping each patient feel comfortable throughout their journey.

My goal is to contribute to a practice that values genuine human connection, professionalism, and a high standard of personalized service.

A Personal Commitment to Care

Originally from Colombia, I have lived in Athens, Georgia, for the past seven years. My family and I are moving to the Orlando–Kissimmee area on December 1, 2026.

I raised two children, and I have a deep love for children. Family, compassion, and respect are important parts of who I am, and I bring those values into every professional relationship.

I have passed the NCLEX-RN examination and completed the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician training course, reflecting my commitment to continued learning and helping others. This educational training is not RBT certification.

Let's Connect

I am exploring nonclinical opportunities in VIP Patient Relations, Bilingual Patient Coordination, Cosmetic Surgery Patient Concierge Services, and Personalized Patient Experience.

I welcome conversations with practice owners and healthcare leaders who value compassionate, individualized care.

I am available for virtual interviews before moving to Orlando–Kissimmee on December 1, 2026.

Luz has not yet taken the TOEFL English examination and plans to take it in the near future. She cannot currently practice as an RN. Her documented license is a Montana single-state RN license; it does not establish Florida nursing authorization. She is currently seeking nonclinical roles within her qualifications, not clinical RN duties.
